Is there a restaurant?


The zoo's catering facilities are currently being redesigned, but the Carbet and Saint-Pierre areas offer a wide range of restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask our receptionists for advice, and they'll be delighted to help you decide what suits your tastes and budget.

RATES and TICKETS

Is there a group rate?

Yes, for groups of 10 or more: please contact us by phone or email for a personalized quote.

How long are tickets valid?

The ticket is valid for 1 day. You have 3 months to use your pass and the annual subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do I need to print them out or is the digital version sufficient?

The online version is sufficient, as long as you can read the barcode. There's no need to print the #protectourforests ticket.

What are the advantages of subscription?

Free annual access to all zoo events, or with a special subscriber rate, quick check-in at the reception desk and early invitations to all zoo events.

Is it possible to pay by: dollars, vacation vouchers, credit card, American Express card?

Yes, it is possible to pay by : CB, cash, vacation vouchers, dollars, cheques.

DURING YOUR VISIT

Is the tour feasible in rainy weather?

Yes, it does rain, as we're in the neo-tropical zone. The tour is still feasible and practicable. The route is dotted with carbets, giving the area a very special atmosphere. And ponchos are available from the store for those who want them ;)

Is smoking allowed in the park?

No, smoking is forbidden for safety reasons and for the well-being of our animals.

Are there guided tours?

We give priority to meetings with our caretakers, which take place at set times every day. But follow us on social networks to keep up to date with the events we organize.

Is picnicking allowed?

Picnics are not permitted for safety reasons.

Is the park accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The course is accessible to people with reduced mobility, but if you have any particular difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Is the park accessible with a stroller?

The entire route is accessible to baby carriages.

Are the products sold in the store made in Martinique?

We work hand in hand with local artists and craftsmen, and always have. And to satisfy every budget, we have products from here and abroad.

Is the site accessible to the elderly?

Yes, the entire site is accessible to seniors. If you have any particular difficulty, please call us and our hostesses will be happy to advise you.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are strictly forbidden for reasons of health and comfort for other visitors.

What is the minimum age for visitors?

Children are welcome, but some activities are reserved for certain age groups. In all cases, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Is it allowed for professionals to shoot films?

While we're delighted to see photos of our charming visitors, professional photo shoots and films are strictly regulated and must be covered by a contract. Please contact us by email for any such request.

What's the best time of day to take the tour?

Every hour has its own charm, whether it's the morning mist or the orange light at the end of the day. However, if you want to visit the zoo when it's least crowded, we recommend opening in the morning.

What time is the last admission?

4:30 pm: before closing time, but the site is huge. We recommend a 2-hour visit to see it all.
